Hello All -

So i just bought a 2013 C300 4MATIC. I just realized that HD Radio is NOT Sat Radio (Idiot). Also, even though the ad stated NAV system, i think it might have the Becker Map Pilot.

Anyway, i was wondering if you guru's know of the best way i can get a SAT Radio and be able to control it using Command? If Becker is integrated i would think there would be some product that would also be in the same boat for SAT Radio?

from what i see you don't have COMAND. you'll have to retrofit the COMAND online NTG4.5

 

I have been dealing with the same issue. From what I can tell all you need is the Sirius module, the fiber optic cables, and a Sirius antenna. The modules run about $200 on eBay and the cables are $45. When you go in engineering mode there is a menu for Sirius which says "device not available" which leads me to believe programming at the dealer would not be necessary. What I don't know is where the cable would plug into. I am assuming it is to the back of the head unit but I am not sure. I am trying to figure out if there is a finer optic gateway somewhere in the car. Hopefully someone in the know will chime in. I should mention that this is for audio 20 not comand.

 

ahadhayat list states the #523 Audio 20 headunit, although it has the #508 Navi prewiring. Suggested is asking about the UMI, which gives you all the readio options, iPod input, DVD and more (with the UMI Plus).

Without the Navi prewiring (mine does not have this) it is not possible to retrofit the UMI.
