Is It Really Five Years?
In a couple of months, it will be! Just did the wash-clay-seal-wax routine and it's always felt like new, and still looks it, too. Five years, and hardly broken-in yet! Easily the highest quality car I've ever had, and seems it will last a long time.
New wheels, side markers, grille, hood badge
Mud flaps, roof and trunk spoiler, diffuser, tail lamp trim
Steering wheel and gearshift knob.
Can't see the antisway bars or strut tower brace, but those help to keep it feeling young!

Yep, looks new. My father's car is the same year, model, transmission and color scheme. He has no P1, but has multimedia. He's got 41,000 miles and it is still like new. How many miles are you at?

Indeed! I also appreciate all of Sportstick's informative posts. Mine is also hitting the 5 year mark but I just got it in March (first time benz owner). I did lots of mods and mechanical maintenance since I got it to make sure the car will last. I agree the car still looks like new and I'm happy I got a fully loaded one. When somebody asks me the model year of the car, I don't like saying '09 so I just say its a few years old

Next month marks five years for me as well.
I gave her a nice wash and wax over the weekend and had a guy raving about how "awesomely glowing" the silver paint was at a local BBQ house the next day...kinda makes you feel good to have a like new five year old car...hope it holds up as well for the next five.

Thanks! The diffuser is Euroteck and it's carbon fiber. I didn't like the darkness which took away from the seeing the detail, so I painted it. The grille was a group buy here, but I think I've seen them on eBay since. It's a one piece matte black plastic grille which I painted, except for the barrel behind the star, to give that area some depth. As you can tell, I like monochromatic treatments!

Hope mine still looks like that in another 15 months. Is the interior really white or is it Sahara Beige? Always like the MY2008-10 better than the LED parking light "upgrade" in 2011 or the facelift in 2012.

The lighter value is called "Ash" and is a very light Dove Grey. Works well with the black and keeps the interior feeling more spacious. MBTex has been easy to keep clean, even as light as it is.

Sportstick,I did not know you had ash inside your car as well. I have the birds eye wood trim with the ash insert and looks classy but yours is sporty. Does P1 always have memory seats only in the driver seats? I always see both front seats with memory here with a P1 package. My car will turn 5 on december and she has 72k on the motor and still purring like a kitty.
