2013 c 300 engine noise

Mine does it too, it's been doing it since I brought it. It sounds like the fan is getting caught in something. I've noticed several cars at the dealership with this engine do this even the loaner they have me while they were servicing my car did it as well.
Is it safe to say this is a normal occurrence? It does it especially in a cold start like early in the morning. I keep thinking it's not normal but I've witnessed it occurring in the GLKs and some of the other C300s as well.
Should I service my vehicle because of this problem? Is it even a problem to worry about? Seems like a normal occurrence for a lot of the new Mercedes Benzs with the M272 image.
