Polar white vs. Arctic white

I have the 2013 Polar white C250 and I'm trying to get rear roof spoiler. The paint code is 149. I'm having a hard time finding that particular paint color. I've seen some spoilers that can be painted in Arctic White, paint code 147/650. Someone told me they were basically the same color. I'm about to take my chances with the Article white. Any advice??

2010 C300
149 is not the same as 650.

My 1995 C220 is 149 Polar white and my C300 is Calcite/Arctic white. When parked side by side the C300 has more of an off white/pale cream hue to it, polar white is pure white.
