I have a dilemma..

I was recently in a wreck and need to replace my front bumper cover. This is an excellent opportunity to get a "free" mod, and I really enjoy the styling of the C63 bumpers.

The issue is, is that in 2011, at least my car, has the LED DRL's. The Pre-facelift C63-style bumper available from Suv, has fog lights. Obviously the amperage between the LED's and the fog lights have different requirements. So then I thought I'd go the facelift route, which has the LED's. However, there's also an issue here, since when installing the Facelift bumper on a 2011, you are left with the small gap beneath the headlamps. While my car is black, I could still see the plastic tab at the bottom of the housing that mounts the light to the chassis, so I think the gap is big enough to bother me.

I personally prefer the styling of the pre-facelift. How could I deal with the conversion of LED DRL to fogs without upsetting the computer? Also any other opinions you may have on the styling would be helpful.

I need to decide soon, my car is going into the body shop this evening. The final option is going the OEM Sport bumper route, and eliminating the front plate bracket...

any opinions? how to deal with removal of DRL LED's and install fog lights? possible to "hide" the LED's and install the fogs?
