2010 C300 have a Torque Converter drain?

+1^ ~ It has a drain plug & they must drain it. The TC holds nearly 50% of the fluid charge. Many threads in this regard.

I knew it.
I figured that it did. I'm very handy around cars; this is my first MB, and was considering investing in the pump, dipstick tool, and thermometer for servicing myself, but tempted I'm to pay the dealer to do it, and have them give it a 39K checkup (It has 42K and 6 months on the factory warranty). Thought there might be a benefit to having dealer do it to cover any TSB/program changes that may have occurred since 2010...
Dealer wants $400 for just trans service, and $500 for full 39K Service.
