Tip of a cord stuck in the auxiliary port!

Hi everyone.

I have a 2008 C350. I noticed my aux port wasn't working one day. I took a closer look, and the tip of the cable was broken off, and it was stuck inside of the port in the glove box! I tried to use a vacuum and a few things to get it out, but no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions, or is there a guide on how to take that area a part so I can get closer?

Thanks!

Is the middle of whatever is in there hollow? If so, take a nail that will slide inside it... Before doing so, use a glue that bonds to metal. I mean good stuff. Super Glue or an epoxy type.

Cheers,
