first time lowering

I have a 2013 C300 and I want to lower it but have no clue as to how I should do it, it's a lease so I can't do anything permeant. I just want to lower it and put some badass rims on it but don't have any knowledge on cars.

Do a search, specially for a thread talking exactly about lowering that includes pics. Most drops won't be noticed visually but you can for the most part retain the stock shocks, anything more visually noticable and you should replace the shocks with ones made specially for lowered cars like Bilstein B8's. Or you can go coilovers and have it all in one.

get yourself a set of springs new or used and swap them with the stocks. Keep the stock springs and put them back on when you return the car.

Look for a set of H&R springs, Sport for more subtle ride or SuperSport for more agressive drop.
Have an A1 day!

Where did you get that info from? When I was researching springs most members actually went the other way stating anything before SS were barely noticeable especially visually.
