2012 c250 sedan
2012 used c250 sedan pricing

I'm thinking about purchasing a used 2012 c250 out in california. It was a prior lease and is in very good condition. A little about it: it has the sport package, heated seats, and harmon/kardon. However, I'm a little worried I'm getting screwed on the pricing. As of now, he has offered $32k at 6500 miles (it listed at $34k). My thinking is that if the car is a lease, the dealer has at least cleared a $3000 down payment as well as $300 times the 24 month lease ($7200). With that, assuming a price of $38,000 on the day the lease was purchased, the dealer is somewhere around $27,000. I will admit that this is my first benz, but I honestly dont see that car moving out at $30k, I was prepared to offer $27k (car only). What do you guys think?
