HI guys.
what system does this belong to ?
See circled part under hood and the arrow points to a little part that has a hose going into it one coming out of it and an electrical connector.

this is clicking and shacking on every click? is this normal?
what is this part?

Shifter

Yes the part on the left is the purge valve and the circle is a muffler in the hose coming off of it. It clicks when in operation.

i never noticed the valve going "click click click" before.
what is it purging??

It allows fuel vapors in the evaporative system to be routed back into the intake to be burned.
