Daughter thinks I am a bit too old to have a C300 Sport. She thinks I should have a S500 because of my age of 46.
Let's check the age of the proud owners of the W204 C300 I said to her.
Please post how old you are and how old you feel.

S Class is for the "old at heart". She's young enough to think that young bodies equate to young mindsets, and similarly for older. Consider your C Class decision a "teachable moment"!

Almost 22, feel like most people my age have Br-z's, Subi's, Evo's, Bimmers, G's and Z's. I see a very wide demographic driving our car, mostly over 35 years old.

With a "Join Date: Apr 2012" claiming you purchased a month prior to joining on the forums, I hardly call that "years".
To the OP: I'm 36
Regarding the S-Class, tell your daughter you wouldn't want to be driving one, but rather be the one being driven in it.

=/ I still dont see how car age is related to forum age.

She's the right one for you! I remember wise advice from my senior year high school English teacher. When you find the one who makes you look at the world differently, don't let her go! She's the one! And, he was right! But, the other thing he said was to get to know her mother, because that's who she'll grow into one day!

Driving a C 250 but Im 59 and IMO the car is a nice compromise of sporty, comfort and style without breaking the bank. S class is a great car but not my style, I drive close to 40,000 miles a year and over the years Ive wasted a lot of $ on a car only to have it worth nothing on trade due to high miles. The C is not that much of an investment and still a lot of fun and car for the $ IMO

39. I think the c class is very well balanced on many levels, sporty with plenty of luxury, good looks, extremely solidly built..AND plenty of room when you need it.
It works for many people of all ages. I also play in a band, and had an suv for 10+ years. I fold the seats down in my c class, and fit an 88 key keyboard (with case), a keyboard amp, stand, etc. with no problems.
