2013 C300 4matic
2013 C300 4matic tranmission issue

Hope some one can help me here.....I bought c300 4matic brand new, ever since I got the car I have problem with the automatic gear shifting, every time the gear is shifting between 40 to 60 km/h, either up or down shift, it KICKS in hard, like someone pressing the break. It's more noticeable during the cold engine warming up. I also feel the transmission is not smooth at 40 to 60km/h shifting and so as at around 80km. I took the car to dealership they did a minor 3rd gear relearn programming(that's what they told me). Problem does not fix....I am wondering if anyone can shine some solutions....greatly appreciated.
