Is this 6k or 8k?

Is this 6k or 8k?
I've looked at many pic and did comparison. Ordered a 6k hid from ddm. Package on box says its a 6k. Installed smoothly. But this 6k looks to be more like an 8k light. Eyebrow lights are 5k from Azn Optics. Should I be concerned or is it still new and need a break in period? It's a little too blue for my taste.

I remember reading that DDM (and many other companies) really only sell 3 or 4 actual different temp choices. Something like 3500k, 6000k... etc. So if you order 5000k you're likely getting 6000k. They likely have all the extra options as purely marketing.

Thats a perfect light output looks really official!. Thats definitely 6K. Because i have 8Ks on my C240 and they are much "bluer" than that color.

Here's another pic running after an hour. Still a little too blue for me. I think I'm gonna take it out and order a marimoto kit. I should've done that in the first place.

I agree that that is 6K. I have 5K, and the light that shines on the road is the perfect cool white color and, looking the headlights, they are really white and no hint of yellow or blue.
Also, it looks like your inner eyelid bulbs are out.

Yeah, I was having issues with LEDs. I got some 8k from azn optics waiting to install.
