I want to paint my stock wheels black on my C300. what would you guys recommend? I looked at the plasticdip is that good for long run or good ole paint is the best way? if yes then what paint would you guys recommend?

Powder coat is the best for durability. If you want it paint sprayed have a professional wheel shop do it for you as you need good preparation on the rims before repainting. Plasti dip is okay but not durable. If you run your nails hard enough on the plasti-dipped surface you will see a white scratch and you can literally peel it off.

I got mine done at a friends shop in Seattle. Let him know that "Ickdeep" suggested you. Took a few hours. I did matte black but he could do glossy; and I'm pretty sure he can do colors if you really want.

I want to paint also my AMG 5 spoke titanium gray wheels with black. Can someone advice what paint is recommended. I am a little hesitant in doing it, I am worried that I might damage the original quality look of the wheels. Thanks in advance.

I plasti dipped my stockers black with at least 4 coats per rim, about 1 can per. I left the tires on and gave them plenty of time to dry between coats. Looks awesome for the price and they have so far survived a canadian winter with zero issues. Save the money you would spend on professional powder coat or paint and get a nice set of aftermarket rims.

I just purchased new summer wheels...Savini DoForza, then replaced my stock tires with winters...but while I had the tires off, powder coated the stock rims black.
Much more durable than plasti IMO
