Can't fill gas (intermittent problem)
Hi
I have a C-250 that I purchased in CA in august. Have observed that every now and then, while filling the gas it clicks off even though its not fully filled.
I have tried different pumps in my area. So it isnt related to a specific pump.
My General observation is that 'Shell' pumps are more consistent with this problem as compared to 'Chevron'. So i first thought that it was something in the way the Shell pumps hose were designed that didnt work but then i observed the same behavior at a chevron this past weekend.
Wondering if any1 else has see this issue with the c-class?

It's not you, it's the moisture sensor on the gas pump. Happens to me every so often too where you get a super sensitive pump and the splashback causes it to think the tank is full every 2 seconds. Annoying as hell. If I'm on empty, then I ease out the nozzle halfway, fill up about $20 and go to another station later. If you don't squeeze the trigger all the way it helps, but I get too impatient.

Happens to me also. Very very annoying. Have to turn the nozzle at certain angles and apply different kind of pressures to the handle. Reminds me of blowing into the Nintendo cartridge and not putting it in all the way.
