Shipping W204 Wheels
I have two sets of wheels that I'm planning to sell
1st set is 18" C63 style replica rims with DWS tires
2nd set is 17" original rims that come with 2012 sport model
My question is - how would I package it if I need to ship them? I don't have the box for the rims. Would UPS have boxes that may fit 17" rims?
How about the rims with tires on them - how would I package them for shipment?
Thanks.

if you ship em look into freight shipping....its much cheaper and i think they can box it for you. I did it before i used the company called Forward air. Shipped my wheels from Chicago to Cali.
UPS or Fedex will charge you a grip.

This was a sticky in the Classified section under Wheels and Tires. Might be worth a read.

the mounted tires/wheels can be taped together with cardboard protecting the outside wheels. They can be shipped via FEDEX or UPS Ground for about $45-$60 a piece. I used a local packing/shipping operation and found FEDEX to be much cheaper.
