I have a NCV3 sprinter, OM651 engine, the same one that has the w204.
the problem started suddenly, the van reaches up to 90kmh and then begins to pick up speed very slowly to reach about 98kmh near the 2500rpm.
at low speeds, the second turbo works well, but reaches high speeds not exceed 2500rpm and does not allow active. stays at 98kmh
