2008-2011 C-Class Lighting Package
Does anybody know what stock HIDs in '08-11 C300's look like?
I was curious because I wanted to convert my standard halogen projectors to HID's.
I don't believe the manufacturer's HIDs ever had bi-xenons. Did they have the autoleveling feature? Also what about the fog lamps, high-beams, and eyelid lamps? Were those standard halogen, HID, LED, super brights, etc.?
Does anyone have pics (or know of links to a page) where I can see what the cars with the lighting package look like?

I have always thought stock HID in 08-11 is bi-xenons, which come with lighting package...
I have lighting package (P2). It comes with bi-xenon head lights, fog light cornering illuminating, rear windows shade, head lamp washer, LED tail lights. They have auto-leveling feature. Eyelid lamps are still yellowish halogen. It looks nice but isn't so bright at 4300K temp. My current eyebrow LEDs are 8000K so its whiter with blue-ish hue. There is no hint of blue in the bi-xenon head lights. Fog light corner illuminating isn't so bad.

Thanks, that was extremely helpful.
I totally forgot about the headlamp washers too. Looks like there's a huge difference between the stock halogens and HIDs.
Corner illuminating feature - does this just switch on the L or R fog lamp during low-speed turns?

Yeah there are some goodies come with the package. Yes, fog light cornering is the one switch on only on the side you turn at low speed. Sometimes its is weird seeing one of your fog lights reflecting on the car in front of you when you switch on turn signal. It is best when I get home at night, giving me some extra light.
I plan to do fog light HID. I dont mind much if the cornering illuminating doesn't work with HID.
