19" ASA GT5 + Nexen n7000
Hey everyone, I've had my c300 4matic sport for about 3 years now and left everything ome. Im thinking to start moding and I found this site. The fist thing I'm doing is new rims and tiers. A local tire shop is offering 19"ASA GT5 with Nexen n7000 (all-season) for $1300 including installation. What do you guys think?

I've bought an ASA ST4 for my older w203 before and I've bent 2 rims while I had them. So I'm not sure if the ones you want to get will be any strong. And also you are marrying it with one of the cheapest tires out there. Probably not a good idea.

My wheels and tires were around $1400 and I found some great quality tires and wheels for that. I would recommend tire rack, look them up on google. Fast shipping, great prices and some pretty good sales.
I got Avarus Black 19" wheels on closeout sale for $139 each wheel
And I got Yokohoma 255/30/19 for around $200 each.
Never had a problem with them, and I'm sure you wont either.

Thanks guys, looks good. I'm ordering them now... Although they only have rear 235/35/19s. It should be fine if I put those all around right? And what's the tire size? or is the size automatically set when I add tires to the order on tire rack?

I'm sorry I'm not understanding, what is your question exactly? Also, are you getting the 19" Avarus wheels from Tirerack? I looked on there and they only have two wheels left.

Any other suggestions on rims? Should I pull the plug on the ASAs? They're 200 each on Tirerack. I can try geting them for less from the local shop. Here a link..

I like them, but if you can get them cheaper from a local store and they are the exact same ones then I dont see why you shouldn't buy them from the local store. Just make sure they are same and legit.

I suggest going the same route Colt45 did, 255/30/19 all around. I'm sure he'll post pics of his setup, it looks amazing lowered.

255/30/19 all around is pretty nice. Thick tires, and just a great look when the car is lowered 2" and I don't have to worry about not being able to rotate my tires.

well 255 is a thicker tire, that always looks better. and 30 is a thinner tire than 35, so it would drop a little anyways, but its up to you. I lowered my car with H&R springs, i would recommend you do the same because with 19s the car will look like silly being that high. Thats just my opinion though. I think 255 is the thickest you can go with a w204 c300, could be wrong though.

If you're 100% sure you're not going to lower the car you may want to get the 235/35. It's your decision and your vehicle but I would highly suggest to lower the car after getting the new wheels. Putting larger wheels on the car and not dropping the body is going to make it look like a 4x4. 255 is a wider tire than the 235, you have more tire on the payment.
