Rubber Chunk from Tire
Hey Guys!

Brushed a curb at low speed while parking on the weekend...slightly scraped up my new wheels, but it also took a chunk out of the tire (at least that's what it seems like). Safe to drive on? Need to replace?

It looks like that tire has a decent rim guard built on to it. It doesn't look like it took too much off. It shouldn't be a problem IMO.

Same thing happened to my stock tires. It's been almost a year since and my tires are fine. I did glue the chunk that came off with rubber cement and still intact.

happened to a buddy of mine on his CLK too. He drove it like that for a whole winter season until it was time for new ones.
