C200 CGI performance upgrade

Hello MBz owners

I have the C200 2012 model CGI

& I'm looking for something to increase the performance.

I've been in contact with Brabus for their Performance kit as quoted from their website & It's ridiculously expensive $ 8795 for an ECU plug and play without even shipping !!!

BRABUS PowerXtra CGI B20 S
for vehicles from 11/2009
base C 200 CGI (M 271)
+30 kW / 41 hp; +40 Nm to 169 kW / 230 hp; 350 Nm
I've been in contact with also Kleemann as they're a sponsor in our forums I've been quoted € 2406 approximate $3285 with shipping for the Tune + Downpipe & air fillter.

200-K1: K-Box. Up to 220 HP and 324 Nm (240 lb-ft) of torque.

200-K2: K1 + a stainless steel exhaust downpipe with sport cat and a hiflow air filter. Up to 230 HP and 340 Nm (252 lb-ft) of torque.

I was thinking of getting the BMS C250 Performance Intake It's 179 with shipping. if not going with the Kleemann option

http://www.burgertuning.com/mercedes...ce_intake.html

There is also a kit By Carlsson

This kit is 1190 Euro $1625 without shipping

Carlsson adapter plug with integrated electronics

200 CGI
Original:
max. power: 135kW (184hp) / 5.250 rpm
max. torque: 270Nm / 1.800 -.4.600 rpm

Carlsson:
max. power: 155kW (211hp) / 5.250 rpm
max. torque: 330Nm / 1.800 - 4.600 rpm
Or the other option of 1690 Euro about $2308 without shipping

C-Tronic CB 20-25 S
consists of:

Carlsson adapter plug with integrated electronics,
Carlsson intercooler

200 CGI
Original:
max. power: 135kW (184hp) / 5.250 rpm
max. torque: 270Nm / 1.800 -.4.600 rpm

Carlsson:
max. power: 165kW (224hp) / 5.250 rpm
max. torque: 360Nm / 1.800 - 4.600 rpm
Still didn't get any response from them about shipping

What do you guys think ??

Let me know about any other better deals I don't want to spend money or worthless moods. any suggestions. I'm not going with brabus for sure it's just for a comparison.

Honestly I wouldn't get the BMS intake, there aren't really any gains in performance. I have one. The stock intake is actually designed rather well. Brabus is pricey but it is a complete package, you can also look at TMC tuning boxes if your budget is smaller. A few in my local club including myself run the TMC box and have noticed decent gains. There's also Swisschiptech, Vath (Vaeth depending where you are), Speedbuster etc, all tuning boxes.

For the moment, you're using a Siemens ECU which no one is affording the time to hack so you'll have to settle for tuning boxes. Also, the turbo is quite small so no matter what, you won't make much HP, I talk from personal experience, it's a waste of money.

Rado makes a FMIC intercooler though looking at the images, I have a hard time understanding how it flows better just because it's bigger given that a portion of it is hidden behind the bumper cover. They also make exhaust parts from the downpipe back.

You're not left with many options at the moment, mostly because no one sees the potential in anything lower than the 250 models. Make the car your own for now and enjoy the drive.
