I know there has to be some kind of sweet-looking, high-tech, custom fit windshield shade out there that the w204 fanatics own for use when they leave the car in the sun.

Any leads would be appreciated!

That's the one you want. Covercraft UVS100. Custom/exact fit. I purchased mine years ago from Amazon IIRC, but just Google it to find the best price. The best shade IMO.

I wonder why they don't offer an automatic front windshield shade like the one for the rear.

Although, it has a nifty velcro strap that holds it rolled up tight for an easy toss in the rear seat footwell!

It is a good idea but I think that is one of the first thing that will break on the car as it will be used a lot of times. Also people might mod it to have it up even during driving which is illegal on most places.

You can even do this just for the heck of the conversation
