Hello everyone,
I just purchased my first MB ... 2011 C250!
Question: How do I play the music on my iphone 5 through the sound system?
-right now, it plays through the AUX jack in the glovebox (1/8" connections) ... but I need to change the songs on the iphone itself
-I want to use the COMMAND system to controll my music
-bluetooth has been activated and I can use my phone to make calls through COMMAND

I appreciate any assistance. (I've search the forums, but haven't been able to solve the problem.)

Which version of COMAND, NTG4 or 4.5? Facelift or pre facelift?

11 would be pre facelift

Hmmm ... I don't know what version of COMAND I have.
Also, facelift? Is that a design/model change?

facelift is different front end google the different years and you will see the difference. From what I see there is also other slighty difference on the outside and the interior is different.

Pop Up Screen with cover pre-facelift, No cover, LED DRL's = Facelift.

Yes ... it's a pre-facelift because it has a pop up screen with a cover.
Any help on the music streaming?

There is a MB iPod interface that allows the COMAND to control an external device like you iPhone. Check with a MB dealership parts dept. It will need SCN coding by their workshop as it's not a simple plug n play.
