C250 in shop for Inop ESP Service department sucks.
Well my 2012 C250 is at the dealer for Inop ESP then today it was doing Inop ESP and check engine light. Hope its something simple I will say not happy about Mercedes service. so long story short I had an appointment for Tuesday for it but today it was super bad no power to the engine the Inop ESP comes on. So I called and said hey I need to get the car in its getting unsafe to drive and I'm in class a city away for military can you guys help me out. I get the oh sure bring it in but I cant give you a loaner or rental. WHAT ok so I have to plead with the guy that I need a car so he settled on one day and I can drive my wife's Acura Friday. To me this is horribly sad I have gotten better service from all my Acura dealers I have been to. Curious how the rest of your service departments are? I think Ill be trading this car in at the end of the warranty for another Acura or Infiniti.

Excellent service at the dealer I use. Never a problem getting a loaner and it's always a nicer vehicle than the one I own. Also, free car washes for as long as I own the car, any time I want one.

Must be nice I get better service at the acura dealer and its much cheaper thats for sure. They do the same thing put you in a nicer car than yours most the time its cruel. Mercedes put me through enterprise on there toyota side and gave me a mazda Cx5 whooo not.

Odus, where do you live. Where I live in northern N.J. there are three large dealers relatively close to each other. They all give MB loaners but as far as I know only one does the free wash thing.

Panhandle of Florida I talked to the GM today and allowed me to keep the rental car for 2 more days. He pretty much said there retards over there and any problems in the future come talk to him. His answer was this isn't Toyota you get a rental car.
