Command Center CD slot jammed?

Command Center CD slot jammed?
We purchased a 2009 C300 sport 4matic with command center last month and did not try inserting a CD until today.
The CD will not go into the slot and the message is that the changer is empty.
Is there something I can try or do I need to take the car back to the dealer and ask them to fix at great expense?

Figured it out
I finally downloaded the owner's manual for the command center and reread the load disc instructions several times.
It works now - just not intuitive.
