Questions about Magnaflow x pipe on 2012 c300 4Matic

hi! i just got my first car. 2012 C300 sedan 4Matic, i am wondering if this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...=5336118859-20 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...=5336118859-20) is the right x pipe for my car. Installing this x-pipe, will it void my car's warranty? thanks in advance.

I don't currently have the link since I'm on my phone but it's a 2.25 inch x pipe you need. Search for "what did you do to your w204" thread, I posted the link and pictures on that thread
