Vauxhall Astra 1.4 - for now
Please Help.. getting proper miffed off here...

I bought my 2009 204 Blue Efficiency C180 Estate just over a month ago and although it has high miles (134k) i was confident that due to its relatively young age and full history that i should be trouble free.

I've taken it to the suppying dealer and this morning after prior arrangement to drop it in at 8am they didn't show up which makes me even more annoyed.

I have the following problems

1) Cigar Lighter/Electric Driver seat fuse keeps blowing (dealer blamed my phone charger even though it does it without it plugged in)

2) There is a ball/socket knock from the driver side front corner when going over certain bumps in the road

3) The clutch seems to keep changing its biting point so even now i sometimes kangeroo from the lights

4) when the car is cold it feels like it doesn't want to go and feels very tight... if cold and light throttle (20mph?) the car judders sometimes.

This is all kinda ruining my experience somewhat... when i initially approched the dealer about the front right corner he put it on the ramp and said there was nothing wrong.. then he was on holiday for a week which has taken near 2 weeks of the 'warranty' away...

I don't know how serious the problems are and don't know what to do.. do i bite the bullet and take it into a 'specialist' (even though the supplying dealer has said that they wouldn't pay for someone else to work on the car)?

Please help, any advice greatly received

You may want to pay a specialist to diagnose and document the problems with the car and then use that to help push your dealer to repair the problems.
Worst case scenario is that you may be able to force the dealer to pay for repairs done elsewhere if they continue to deny anything is wrong.
Sounds like they like to use their warranty as a marketing ploy to sell cars but not to actually repair them...
Good Luck!
