Do MB windshields crack easier than other cars?

Do MB windshields crack easier than other cars?
Just curious... My 2012 C350 (yea, forum name was a dead giveaway...) just got hit by a rock. Big chip in the field of view. This will be the second time in 20K miles that I'll be needing to have my windshield repaired. Just curious if it's an MB thing (maybe rake of the windshield?) or just cars in general? Between my two Ford trucks, I have 350K miles and never had an issue with the windshields. I'm hoping this isn't going to be a yearly issue... 
Anyhow, just curious if it's simply because cars sit lower or if people have noticed a trend with their W204s...?

....to hear that but that happened to me 2 days after I got my C300. And it was a nice chunk not just a small star chip. None of my other cars chipped so easily. My wife's audi has a few here and there but nothing like mine. It's been repaired or filled but I can still see it a bit and i swear the glass is "softer" than other cars.
