wanted to ask you, whats is ur exhaust specifications? custom made? ordered?

since here was chinese new year is holidays so present good opportunity to test a new idea
as you know all are looking for a tune for more power
but at the same time you also make a tune for better fuel economy
this new tune is simple to install is connected to obd2 port of the car
and it adjust some igintion paramater also makes breathing engine easier
i had to drive 688x2=1376 kilometer also driving in the mountains
i had 5 diffrent software mean 5 diffrent map to test
so can choose the best map for better fuel economy

p.s.the route is from shenzhen which near hongkong and is sea level to a mountain area in fujian province name is sanming which in the mountain also test all the way with obd2 diagonstic for error or is the tune making errors

sorry these days i was busy we upgraded to bigger intercooler
also made some change in software to adjust turbo valve
the effect is fantastic now rpm red lines upto 6000 rpm
also made adjustment to have more boost with fuel after 2000 rpm until 6000 rpm effect is very cool and nice
i think this is most cost effective modification for benz car which is easy plug and play

Just interested to get some real feedback as no tuners have been able to crack it and exploit the potential.
Burger did wonders with the 335i platform but cant crack the newer 250's.
Keen to see some real dyno numbers ie before and after as well as AFR's.
Its not fully plug and play.. There are quite a number of wires that needs to be installed... This takes 30-40 min depending on the shop.. Narry sent me pictures that we showed to the shop and I brought his shanghai partner also. Eventually installation was fairly simpl. The guy who installed my box had never done it before but was a local Shanghai mechanic and he dorted it out fast. So if it can be done here in Shanghai, trust me any shop in USA or EU can do it fast... but I would never do it myself...
Had mine for a few months now and works perfectly
installing the big inter cooler tomorrow, excited to see what the result will be..

Considering the turbo but wifey doesnt seen too pleased about me spending more money on my toy..

well first i make some changes to my exhaust system
i had modified the straight pipe before i had a exhaust sytem which was straigh pipe from cat con then a resonator and and a muffler
now i have 2 resonotors after cat converter and muffler
i felt the old set up made over boost so i add 1 resonator in the mide pipe
after this there less over boost and power delivery is more stable and more fast(huge difference in torque which is key to new direct injection engines) , i alway beleive that a free flow exhaust is bad idea in a modern turbo charged direct injection car because there has to be a back pressure in order to make turbo spool
also modified the software in the tune box that is the key to our tune box customer can modified himself the software

also the diffrence is huge pedal become lighter
and car more faster that the key to the whole thing
important test i drive car 300 kilometer without adjust the software of the turbo valve gains are not so much so is important to adjust the frequency of the turbo valve with this diverter valve update in order to get more power and lighting responce

i am not a genius just i want to make a statement how the modern direct injection car should tuned in correct scientific offcource i have electronic background all these car are controled by electronic software
also it pains to see so called big brand tuning companes selling a product which migh not work in other countries and most unfreindly manner only interested in making money also no respect for customers life

Intercooler piping looks good and gives better airflow. If you do highway driving there is a big difference. Now I have tune box, pipes, DV and air filter and the car is very powerful compared to original. I'd says it feels like a completely different engine. Tons of low end torque.

one other question what do you think of the rado / kleemann exhaust systemc?
or do u recomend a custom job / fabricator?
i was looking of getting the kleemann downpipe kit or perhapse the rado-power downpipe / mid pipe.
