benz c260/aka 250 hybrid turbo built stage 1
to everybody this is my first post on this forum 1 month after i buy c260 that is
c250 in other markets well it was my childhood dream to buy own
all big 3 german cars at the age of 45 i am able to fullfill my dream
before i have own audi and bmw this is my first benz car
before i was planning to buy the car i had made my mind to make a hybrid turbo upgrade for this car the specification for hybrid turbo is
56mm 7 Blade Performance Design Billet Compressor Wheel (standard is 51mm 6 blade cast wheel)
Modified Compressor Cover for extra flow
Modified back Plate
360 Degree Thrust Bearing (standard fit item)
Water Cooled Bearing Housing (Standard Fit)
Oversize (machined for tolerance) turbine side seal
modification planned mid pipe and muffler and intercooler
and ecu which can adjust fuel

normal when ever i buy a car after few days first thing i do is to change the
engine oil including gear box and differential oil
i normal choose the best oil avaible i use wruth 5w40 engine oil made in german in this kind of oil have 3 grade 1 is packed in china 2 is made in singapore another is made in germany also dark colour this is what i choose
for gear box oil i use moty made in japan atf oil is expensive but i choose this oil because most of my driving is on the highway saves fuel

differential oil is also moty oil more expensive than gear box oil

i buyed this in china shenzhen secound hand car had small software problems
i solved it
so price is quite good but still 34k usd but offcource usa is cheapest price compared to all over the world i am really enjoying it total diffrent experience for me before i have owned a bmw and audi this benz experince is totall diffrent it very good car for high way use comfortable and fast
already put a new air filter intake changed spark plugs
and see the result in fuel economy now i have more power with good fuel ecomony
also i have order new intercooler pipe silicon blue colour (custom made)

well the most important part is tuning
well as all of you know the benz c200/250/260/c180 cannot be ecu reflashed
so only choice you have for tuning box = piggy bank ecu
i searched on the internet many brand most of the company offering tuning box
which can adjust boost pressure as well as map sensor(manifold air pressure )
since i was going to change the mide pipe and muffler the boost pressure already go higher than the original factory pressure so i ask many companines for a solution in europe nobody was there even to speak

also there attitude was not user freindly
so i had no choice but to develop my self a tuning box which can work
so what we did was we adjusted rail pressure sensor to optimise fuel delivery
and we adjusted turbo valve sensor to optimise the boost
so made a 4 channel tuning box which can adjust according to my requirements
along with pedal tuning programed to work with the tuning box
and i was very suprise nobody is offering this also attached is the dyno
to be frank i donot trust this dyno because is done in china

since i needed a better responce and wanted to lower the turbo lag
i have design a small size of silicon hose to increase the responce
and result are very good
sorry these days i was busy we upgraded to bigger intercooler
also made some change in software to adjust turbo valve
the effect is fantastic now rpm red lines upto 6000 rpm
also made adjustment to have more boost with fuel after 2000 rpm until 6000 rpm effect is very cool and nice
i think this is most cost effective modification for benz car which is easy plug and play
