They appear to be your standard overseas wheel. I would say the price is on par with the quality, and no that isn't pertaining to finish quality (although I think some are hit and miss), I would say more manufacturing quality. I wouldn't say that. For the price point it's tough to beat. But my guess is they are likely pretty heavy. Look good too. The reason they are priced so low is just because they are likely cheap to manufacture overseas.
