Reinstall rear headrest C250

Hey guys, new to this. We bought a 2014 used C250 sedan. Got the windows tinted they removed the back head rests and my gosh can't get them back in. Is there a trick to this?

Thanks,
Ron

Hi Ron, I had this same question when I tried to remove the headrests as well. Now do you have the optional package that allows you to access the trunk through the rear seats. Aka fold down seats. There are 2 levers in the trunk on the roof of it near the opening. Pull both of those and the seats are then unhooked. Then it's as simple as pulling down the seats a bit and popping them back into place.

I have the pull thru on the passenger side don't think driver side goes down. They got em out so they gotta go back in, but not a lot of room and I seem to be fighting them. Will try again tonight. Like I said on another post, I've just haven't had a hard time doing this before on other cars

Thanks for all the help

I have the fold down seat on both seats in the rear via like Falk said by opening the trunk to unlock them. But when my buddy tinted my windows a few weeks ago we just pulled them out and put them back on when he was done without having to unlock the seats.
