Hello everyone, long story short,
Had a used transmission replaced in my 2008 c350 4MATIC for almost 2 years or so. I've noticed that in second gear (i believe), the gear seems to lag for half a second or so.
Scenario:
Starting from a stop in C mode, starting to accelerate slowly. Around 2000 RPM the needle stays at same RPM setting for split second and then accelerates back again.
Also, if I set the cruise control on, while going up a hill, the car will keep the desired speed, BUT, it accelerates, stops accelerating, accelerates, stops. Tranny/engine doesn't keep it at one smooth setting but you can literally hear/feel the car correcting itself on uphills while cruise is set. It never did this before the tranny was replaced. I also have the Eurocharged ecu tune but I have a feeling it is the used transmission for this rough transitions. Any thoughts on this problem would be appreciated. Thank you.
