In need of your expert opinions
Sorry, I'm literally a new Merc owner picked my 2012 C220cdi sport up today. During the deal discussions I was told that the door card would be replaced due to stretching and damage to the window sill area on the door card, probably from an elbow. I said that if this wasn't changed it would be a deal breaker and the manager got involved and promised that the door card would be swapped.
Upon collecting today, I hastily collected the car after a separate issue was raised and I just didnt want to deal with the salesman. Upon returning home tonight I noticed that the replacement door card is a different colour of black, the trim [ie. handle etc] is chrome and all the others are matt silver and that it doesn't have the accent light in the door handle.
Am I wrong to contact the dealership and explain my fury at this complete shambles! and want them to resolve this issue?
I said one defect would be a deal breaker so they decide to add in another 3!!?!?!?!
I need your opinions, I'm young and this is my first nice car after uni.

contact the dealer again and tell him you will adress mercedes-benz if it drags on
