Emission Test Due Soon In Ontario..Help..
Hey guys,
Soo for few years I've been running CEL on my 2008 C350. It has OBX shorty headers, with aftermarket highflow cats (from SMERC), secondary cat delete, resonator delete with X-pipe, and aftermarket (CKS TUNING) mufflers. The 02 sensors are placed by the highflow cats i believe (done at a non-tuner shop). I believe there were no extensions for the o2 sensors (assuming that'd be for the secondary cats). In the end, I really don't know.. However, I got the eurocharged tune a while back, they turned the CEL off but kept coming back on. I'm supposed to be swinging by next month or so to get it checked out again but I'm afraid I will be in the same situation as before and the CEL will come back on, thus not passing the E-Test. Thoughts, ideas? Also, does having the CEL draw back any performance technically, out of curiosity?
