Hello Andy,
With your 2003 C Class you will have more response from the 203 forum.
Your service book should show you the service intervals.
On my 204 220cdi the service interval for fuel filter & air cleaner is 75,000 km or 4 years. Coolant 15 years but yours is less I think. I change my auto gearbox oil & filter every 50,000 to 60,000 km. Engine oil & filter about 15,000 km or 12 monthly.Use MB recommended oil specifications .
