C300 Power seat not working!
2010 C300 4matic. drivers side power seat inside track or motor is not running. when switch is pushed either direction, the outside track/motor works fine but the inside motor doesn't move, so the seat kinda turns sideways. I looked under seat and disconnected/reconnected electrical contacts thinking it may have been a bad connection.... now, i have a Drivers Side SRS error on my dash...
Thanks in advance.

As for the airbag, try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes and see if that clears the SRS code. If not, you'll have to have the dealer do it.

To try and fix:
1) Removed seat cushion. Under the seat right upfront are two star screws that attach the seat to the clamp using a half-circle metal clamp. Remove those 2 screws.
2. Lift the seat up.
3. You can disconnect some of the wires and remove some cable holders to give you some space while leaving the airbag wires attached.
4. You will see the motor with two flexible shafts going to the two tracks. Notice the motor is held in place with rubber grommets. Make sure the motor is in place and the flexible shaft enters the hole in the tracks. (i.e. look how the flexible shaft looks on the side that works and make sure the broken side looks the same.
5. If you don't see anything wrong the track maybe messed up.
6. Reassemble seat.
On mine on of the motor grommets poped out and the flexible shaft was not in the hole on the bad side. Once I removed motor, placed flexible shaft in hole and reseated motor it worked.

Also which ones are the airbag wires so I can be sure to leave them connected?
