Unhappy 09 c350 electrical mayhem

I have been having issues lately with my dash lights and exterior lights. When everything goes bad (mainly when driving) the light that indicates my brights and parking brake are on will flicker on and off as well as the passenger air bag light. When this starts happening my turn signals stop working on the outside but blink fast on the dash as if they were going out, and sometimes the radio and a/c will loose power. Ive taken it to an indy shop and they have replaced the battery, pre fuse box, and passenger tail light bulb holder (it had the melted ground issue.) now I grounded the driver side taillight myself because it developed the same issue after I got it back from the shop.
Does anyone have a clue about what would be causing this?

Interested to know whether your electrical connections throughout the car are affected by the environment in which they have been living. eg, moist climate, close to the sea or influenced by salt on roads. Also do you wash your car under the hood , hand wash or in a commercial wask unit.?

I live in the middle of Texas, so mostly dry weather. The bank I got it from did say the owners were from Florida, but it has been around 4 months having it here before anything started acting up.
I've only hand washed it a few times and have never washed under the hood.

That definitely sounds like a bad ground somewhere.

Also, check the mirror blinkers. My drivers side started acting up and when I replaced it, there was about a cup of water in it. Water around electrical parts is a big no no.

My brother found that one of my grounds from taillight to the car was not fully crimped. So I re-crimped it and plugged the connecter back in, and the dash lights flickered for a few seconds and then went away. I'm not convinced this was the main issue because it was acting up before he found it, also the passenger side window works even though I have the windows locked, but I will drive it and see what happens.
Thanks for the replies everyone.

Woke up to rain this morning and found this. So now I have somewhere to start.
