C300 QTP Cutouts or Exhaust?

Alright so I am at a cross road.

I want an exhaust for my C300 and I want it to sound deep and throaty, not a rice burner. A few people suggested getting a C63 AMG exhaust from PicknPull, and some just say stick with the normal exhaust and get dual QTP cutouts.

What would make a better deep sound?
What would you guys recommend.?

I like the sound of the full meisterschaft system. If I could, I would go with that personally....

But a cutout system would be awesome too, quiet when you need it and louder when you want it. Although I assume that would be a pretty loud and high pitched exhaust tone and wont give you that deep and throaty tone you are looking for compared to the full meisterschaft. I don't see any c300s with the QTP cutout mod, the closest thing I can think of is the frequency intelligent variable exhaust...

other than that, I think an open cutout c300 would be even louder than the straight pipe setups you can find on youtube, heres mine with xpipe + muffler delete for reference...

I've always found the double standard hilarious coming originally from Honda's as I had a turbocharged integra track car. Honda has rasp, rice. E46M guys actually buy unresonated exhausts for rasp, nah bro that's just the mechanics of the engine sounds raw lol WTF.

yea I am not a big fan of neither really. That meistercraft sounds too much like a nissan and every other one has that rasp which I really don't want.

I feel too picky with the sound I want ahah.

THis sounds a bit better but still.

This sounds pretty dam dope, but Iisenmann likes to charge and arm and a leg for their full exhaust kits.

Eisenmann hands down has some of the best sounding exhausts for every application. I will be in the market to upgrade my E46M to an E92 this year and am already searching for a used race exhaust. Sounds so damn mean and refined.

This honestly sounds amazing imo. I'm just wary of touching any "cats", even the secondary ones. I've been looking into cutouts, to get the roar of a muffler delete or quietness of my mufflers whenever I want. The only problem is that the high quality electronic ones are quite expensive. I'm looking at $450 at the least for a QTP setup. I could get two manual Y-pipe cut outs for $60 and then installed for $80, for a total of $150. But I would have to jack up the car and screw the plates/covers on every time I wanted to switch.

I'll probably go with the manual cut outs first just to see if I like the muffler delete sound enough to justify spending extra on the electric valves. I found a few different quality brands besides qtp, like raceland or DMH, but DMH doesn't answer their phone and their voicemail box is full - yikes, that's not very reassuring. Raceland has the motor built into the Y pipe so if anything goes wrong I can't just swap it out. All I'm left with are the qtp cut outs or some cheaper chinese ones...and thats not good because I've heard of so many complaints about leaks and rattles and failures...

Here is a video of someone who did this on their C300 using chinese ebay cutouts:
