help with rims!

I finally figured out which rims I want just want to know if I should go 18's or 19's I'm not going to lower my car and I'm leaning towards staggered fitment but let me know what you all think i would appreciate the input a few pic's of other cars with the same rims below.
also the price was for 19's- $2650 with install and rubber in Canada and about 250$ cheeper for 18's.
they are mandrus rotec rims

I don't know how is the road surfaces in Ontario. I would not go bigger than 18" in Quebec, road are way to rough even in summer.

Just my 2cent

It really depends if the OP is looking to keep the quality of his ride intact. If they don't mind the additional bumps and roughness that comes with bigger wheels, then yes. The bigger wheels will certainly look better. However, if the quality of the car's ride is a factor, I'd recommend not going and bigger than 18".

As far as staggered wheels, I don't have any experience with those, so I'm unable to comment if they affect the ride quality or not.
