I just picked up a lease return in mint condition with 22k on the clock. The car didn't come with the NAV module nor HID lights. Is it possible to add a module so I can get the NAV working, or is it very involved/expensive?
Also, has anyone installed the AMG look alike lights from Ebay (or any other vendor) that has projector housings so I can add an HID kit? Or would changing the bulbs to something better in the original housing be my best bet at this point?
Thanks,
Joe

There is no such thing as "AMG lights". They are bi-xenon lights and they are available on every W204 2012+. There are many people who have installed the bi-xenon replicas and many (including myself) have had no issues.
OEM COMMAND with navigation will cost several thousand dollars to retrofit, not including the labour and headaches with programming (COMMAND units are programmed to a VIN).
If you vehicle is pre-wired, you can install a Becker Map Pilot module. Check for the pre-wire by looking for a bay in your glovebox. It will be very obvious.
Last, you can install a Media Interface Plus, which interfaces with an iPhone 4/4S to provide nav and interface with your music library and some other stuff.

I have a bay in my glove box with multiple pins. I'm hoping this is where the module would plug into. Again, I will research now that I know the correct terminology.
I will research this option as well. Again, thanks for taking the time. Much appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to answer. I will research bi-xenon and see who the recommended vendor/models are.

As for the head light question your best bet will be to talk to Unique Style Racing on here. He is a forum vender and sells the best after market head lights you can buy I wouldn't trust the random eBay sellers.

Not trying to hijack this thread but please excuse my ignorance.
My 13 C250 do not have Nav but it is pre-wired for Becker Map Pilot. Can I assume I will have the Navigation functionality if I have the module installed?
I like all the features my portable navi has to offer but if I can have a built in navi, then it is a plus.

It's a plug and play option to my knowledge. Not sure what you have to do to get updated maps and stuff though. There is a youtube video with all the features it has.

But I think I'll pass for now. Nothing but bad reviews except maybe from a Seller, I guessed.
Yup....that's where I put mine via suction cup whenever I sense I'm lost and I hate myself when it happens. In fact, I have 2 of those unit stored in the car in case one failed. They both has all the features you can think of in a typical navi system except for VC.

I've had no issue with turn by turn directions over audio. I stream music over bluetooth or media interface, and when a new direction comes up, music will lower and the navigation voice will dictate the next direction with my phone in my pocket.
