Little Rust on Hood

Hey everyone. I just realized that i have just a little bit rust on my C300's hood right above the star. I have no idea where it came from but is there any way to cover it with touch up or anything ? I don't want the rust to spread or anything. Any suggestion ? Is it worth to take it to the body shop ? Or is it something I can cover ? Thank you.

Looks like a stone chip don't you think?.

Apply a little rust killer ( follow instructions ) then a dab of touch up paint followed by some polish.Voilą!.

Looks like a stone chip to me too. I'd avoid trying to cover it up with the OEM stuff and a brush unless you're a pro at that sort of thing. It'll just end up looking like a blob.

Dr. Color Chip will get you 90% there. It won't look perfect close up, but it will cover it up for everyone else that sees the car.
