Crack on fog lamp
I was washing my 2008 C350 today when I noticed a crack around my passenger side fog lamp. The crack looks like a circle and you don't feel a thing when you pass your hand on it from the outside.
I have the Hella fog lamp, and I'm wondering, am I able to order just the outer glass, or do I have to buy the entire fog lamp?

Thanks for your reply - I apologize, I'm not familiar with Keystone (I'm in Canada). Do you mind sending me a little more info on them, and is that OEM at that price? Otherwise, I was just looking through ebay and it looks like it's ~$120 USD from the dealer.

I had the same problem. Both lenses ended up cracking and I had to replace them. They were expensive and a pain to replace. Colorado doesn't use salt, but the gravel/sand mixture they use on the roads in the winter wrecks lights and windshields.
I ended up using Lamin-X ( http://www.lamin-x.com/Mercedes-C-Cl...rs-p/mb426.htm ) to help protect the new ones, and they have lasted more than 3 years without cracking (I used the yellow tint). You might be able to put the Lamin-X on now to extend the life before they really crack and you need to fully replace the lights.
The only issue that I've had is the L-X started to really heat up when I had my driving lights on for a few hours when it was dry out (no rain or snow). When it's wet, the moisture helps prevent heat build up.

They barely qualify for free shipping too. 
Yes these are OEM except instead of going through MB markup, they're probably supplied directly by Hella.
I found this site because I was considering getting E55 fog lights. They have the bulb centrally mounted instead of off to the side, so they'd act better as foglights rather than the W204 ones. But I didn't realize the combo cornering/fog lights are angled: https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...ml#post4788132 so I scrapped the plan.
