The same thing happened to me today while changing out disk slot 1. I get the same message and now I can't play or eject the remaining disks in changer. Any ideas folks?

Hasn't happened to the Mercedes yet, but with my Acura, I simply used a credit card to apply slight pressure on the top or bottom of the disc to give it more traction against the rubber wheels trying to eject it.

Happens to me when I plug in my phone to the iPhone cable/MDI because I don't have any music on my phone to play off it.
