I installed them correctly and the DRL will come on, but the low beam on both won't. I guess I'll have them look at it tomorrow. There using my car for their website.
I bet your wires from HID to OEM wires are flipped. Make sure the red wire (power) follow the red wire on OEM and Black wire (ground) follow the Black wire on OEM harness.
I had a similar issue. Dont follow the clips on how it snaps together.
