Don't know what Tucker Tires did to my Benz....
They were replacing a set of tires, and when I came back to pick up my car, I noticed they had my front end lifted with a hydraulic lift, but the lift was making contact directly in the center of my front end, as opposed to the contact being on the sides of the car where the jack points are. Now when I am driving over 60mph (so mostly on the highway/freeways), I feel a vibration through the steering wheel. It feels as if the wheels were not balanced, but not as profound as that. It's minimal, but is bugging the hell out of me. Should I call tucker tires and complain? I don't know what the problem is, or where the jack was making contact at, but I know when I came back I saw them lowering my car with a hydraulic car tha was centered in front of my car and lifting the whole front end from being mounted in the center. What components do you think they may have put the jack under that could cause this problem with the vibration.

+1 Hopefully out of balance. Ask them to lift it at the jacking points also. Show them the book.

There is a jacking point in the center at the front, I've used it a bunch of times. As for the vibration, tire balancing I'd assume

Sounds like wheels are out of balance. You'll be surprised the tolerance of the specs between each employee balancing the wheels..sometimes they're just too lazy to fine tune it.
As for the jacking point, that is the right way of jacking up the car if you want the front wheels off the ground. There is a jacking point right in the middle made specifically for that.

If any tyre service dept. jacked anywhere else I would be unimpressed.

I can't find the picture of where the appropriate front jacking point is right now, but this photo from a w211 thread is extremely similar to the w204

Interesting. I do not have that point on my W 204 220CDI.rear wheel drive.
Is the w211 a 4Matic?

I noticed your profile says you have a sump stone guard/skid plate, so that may be the reason you don't have one up front. I don't have a metal skid plate, only plastic underbody panels

There is no sign of a jacking point under the stone guard. I take it off every time I drain the oil.

Kind of related...
I bought an early Porsche 944 a few years ago and brought the car to Town Fair Tire, here in New England. I gave them the lift points sheet and they simply jacked the car up wherever... Dumb me but I didn't notice the bent rocker panels until a couple days later, of which they totally denied when I returned the car to them. I ended spending over 5k to repair the damage (including a new respray) so NO ONE touches that car; I remove and deliver the wheels to another shop for any new tires.
My new (to me) Benz will probably only go the the dealership...

Good thinking.
I stand outside the workshop door & supervise.
Best to take photos of your rims before to avoid scratches.
