So does it have NAVI or not....

Hi all. I recently purchased a 2011 C300 and don't believe it to have what most would call 'navigation'. I don't have a NAVI button where the radio/phone buttons are, there is no way to get the navigation screen on the display that I know of, yet there is a navi option on the instrument cluster that tells me orientation and the name of the road I'm on when choosen. So it's obviously using GPS satellites to determine this info. Why in the heck would they omit the display option on the command screen?? Am I missing something?

On your command screen. The left most option should be "NAVI". If you don't have that, you proably don't have it.

Easy way to find out if you have it is; what size is your screen? Does it fold out?

Thanks for follow up. No it doesn't fold out and I'm fairly confident it does not have it as it is not listed on my cars option list but what confuses me is there is a 'navi' option in the cluster...near the 'trip' and 'audio' etc. When I choose this, I shows me the street name I'm on etc. Seems so odd to have this type of display and not follow through with it on the command screen.

My buddy has this same thing. The dealer told him it was a dealership installed system. He bought the car CPO and the dealer got it on trade so they have been spending some time with him trying to figure it out. In his car its very strange. he holds the "Back" button and it goes to the nav screen but he cannot input destinations.

Really? That is very odd. It appears all factory but just crazy to have navi on the cluster and not on the screen. I will continue to research.

Try holding down the "C" button opposite side of the "back" button near your center console if you have it?
