Run staggered 19s with ET35 in front and ET45 in back for a 4Matic?

Guys,

I’m looking to get a set of staggered 19's for a '08 4Matic, 19x8.5 upfront and 19x9.5 in back. Initially I was gonna get ET45 for both front andback as that appears to be the most common however after doing some research Ithink I may do ET35 up front and ET45 in back.

I think going with ET35 up front may actually be more flush than ET45? I would do tire sizes of 225/35/19 up front and 245/30/19 in back.

Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Thank you

You're gonna poke and potentially rub. Stock height or dropped?

Stock but might lower it sometime in the future. I understand with an ET35 it would definitely poke in the back but I think in the front it would be flush?

Why? Isn't the OD of the wheels maintained if you go from say a 245-40 series on an 18 to a 245-35 series on a 19 and shouldn't affect it. Or are you speaking of the staggering?

i was told not to attempt it with the 4matic as the system is "sensitive" also the offset 35 is to aggressive it will poke out

i have 45 front 54 rear they are as flush as you can get with out poke

plus in the mb manual it says oversized 18" i know a lot of people do put 19's but I'm always scared about something going wrong as i want to keep this car for 10+ years.
