Went in for trans. service, came out with new springs.....FREE

After a frustrating search to find a dealer or indy. shop who would drain the torque convertor, I finally found a dealer 45 minutes away who said "of course we drain the convertor". When I arrived the service advisor looked over my car and stated that it was low in the front and would I like the front springs replaced along with an alignment and headlight adjustment, under warrantee! Just picked the car up and it rides a hell of a lot smoother over bumps and sits at least an inch or more higher. Trans. shifting nicely also. I had a new C300 as a loaner and my car came back nice and clean. Not a bad day overall.

great to hear of such an experience at the dealer. you should leave a review on their yelp. dealers are good for trans service most definitely. rear diff fluid is a must too

Although positive experiences like this should be the norm... Unfortunately, they are not. And I am sure you would have appreciated it had you had a positive review from someone else that would have helped make your search easier.
