2012 C250 4D I notice @ startup I get metallic noise after few seconds it is gone
"I notice @ startup I get metallic noise after few seconds it is gone, also my check engine light was saying the CAMS sensors need to replaced they have been replaced, but the check engine stills goes off and on, it is currently off, and suggestions? Thanks"

Out Of Control!!
I would take the car back to the shop that replaced the new cam sensors and have them recheck their work.
Regarding the metallic startup noise, if the noise is coming from the engine compartment, it could be the starter!!
